This is Cinix Samui's orginal partner in crime. His ability is to cause hypnosis with the strum of his guitar, whether it is one person or many he hipnotizes. Another pourpose of his guitar is to cause explosions with strong sound vibrations crashing into eachother.

Cinix had an epic battle with Amegakure's Kage, Phyre Uchiha. The Kage wasn't too great at using her special eye power against another genjutsu user and lost greatly. Cinix won the battle and his trophy was her right eye.

I can't get into too much detail about him since he is someone elses character xD
