There's a good reason... Some are gonna fight her and try to stop her but... They are gonna end up either crushed or eaten or whatever the case is from her She is to powerful she is Giantess/macro and goddess like... So... Some run away because they are gonna die from it... And why? Because they know it's to foolish to fight a giant at rate... So they are doom...
[Ps. if the police wants to fight her then they giants and Giantess police officers and ect... to do that but they don't have any available technology for themselves for whatever what she had just got. Random reason... She has the technology from the unknown source... (Maybe from another dimension or from the future? ) we may never know where she got it from but now she turning the city as a playground for adults or something... Due her gigantic / Giantess/giant/macro height well... You know what i mean...]
