Behold! My first ever Non-Gmod, Non-commission pic I've ever made via Photoshop! This was based on an RP on Discord with Drewsko as we were RPing about Two legendary Pokemon, A Dialga and Rayquaza(Me) eat some strange berries that turn them into Blimps like this pic is referring here. I got the idea to make this as the Post-TF form! Yeah I know the shading is quite a mess and the mouth looks a little like makeup but let me know what you think about this! Hope you like it and any help is well appreciated!
