I'm reminded of this one campaign I was running MANY years ago where one of the player's characters loved to snag up every magical item he could find, oftentimes without inspecting them for traps or curses. So I threw in a cursed item, can't remember exactly what it was, that changed the character's gender to female and put a love-potion-esque affect on him to attract any male to him. He quickly parted with a good number of those magical items to get the money to pay a wizard to remove the curse, lol.

True Polymorph, for nine months at a time! Arvie turned into a female tabaxi long enough to give birth to Cricket, then Fekkri turned into a female dragonborn long enough to give birth to Alana!
