Well you got to remember all lizards aren't the same, the head and horn from Espio for chameleons, and the eyes are different as well plus the the curly tail, Blazes hair, ears, and tail style, Tails bangs, the various length between knuckles and Tikals dreads, the pull back style from Shade, I don't know what you going for but some more ideas to work with.

You really need to go far beyond the basics parts you got here.

I'll repost the suggestion here

I'll start with a redesign on Lady Volk.
wolf, white fur, blue eyes.
her weapon is a saber surrounded by an energy barrier hot enough to cut through most armor, and a laser pistol.
Her clothes are a military uniform stylized after the old acorn military (remember the uniform Antone wears in the TV series?) though the colors are those of Robotnik whom she serves. (red, black, and gold)
she wears an armored breastplate and armored thigh high boot, and gloves over the uniform for protection.

Bio: Lady Volk is one of the new Robotnik's generals, she commands assault and occupation forces. Volk is known for her cold and calculating mind and calm, almost casual savagery. Volk is fond of electric weapons and expect to see such weapons among her forced.
Volk's troops, robotized or not, wear a similar uniform over their armor. so one can always tell her personal troops from random bots.

Dr. Sais Tel
cobra, silver and red scales with a distinctive pattern on her hood.
clothes: Sais likes to dress in a dark red lab coat with gold trim, she tends to have it low cut to show cleavage. black surgeon's gloves cover her hands.
her lower body has been replaced with robotics.
Weapon: high energy Photon cannon at long range, various surgical tools at close combat including her favorite "Ripper" (I just liked the look of this...http://images2.wikia.nocooki.....ipper_FO3.png)

Bio: Robotnik made a good move when he recruited Sais Tel. she'd lost her lower body to disease, and he gave her a new one. Since then she's been at his right hand. She's usually working on projects that Dr. Robotnik is too busy, or too distracted to work on. Or acting as a second pair of hands in the lab. She assisted him in creating his own Chaotica, though she'd never take credit for it.
her preferred tech is chemical warfare, expect poisonous and toxic chemicals. she will do anything robotnik asks her to and wants to please him desprately. don't underestimate that.
