So it seems that the villain won, fattened up poor guys, then inflated him, slapped some logo and take on a lil tour

That's a true villain there. Not only does he make a big display of his dastardly deeds, but makes his own getaway blimp in the process >=3 Who knows where he'll puff next?
Nice work on the background and not having it being just a congested mix of buildings. Also really liking the way you drew out the ballooned body with the lighting and shine details, gives it a near pudgy roll look along the waistline and in the chest and arms.
