According to Kitkat it's a Vietnamese dish with only a few noodles that are very long, probably in a specialized sauce though he didn't say and I didn't ask. It's the basis of one of his works.

Unfortunate I know, but one could always make like Waita Uziga and create a scene where the dish was made of and served from the body a previously living thing ^w^

They're as long as any other Asian noodle dish and it's in a beef broth.
