I'd try going with someone else >_>; As Paperforest before, I heard a lot of people were shafted from their business because they weren't refunding or fixing orders and then not sending them out either. SO I'm terribly skeptical about their new printsess site. I think you might find way better alternatives.

OHRLYYYY I remember emailing them once asking about sticker prices and got one reply but then I asked another question and didn't get a response after that. But to be honest I've never ordered anything from them before. But that sucks :o Have they been reported anywhere?

Arhg yeah I remember reading a horrid review and then a Artist_beware warning out on Paperforest and then seeing like a shitload of replies going "Hey they owe us stuff too!" and then hearing it took months to get stickers...JUST STICKERS @_@; I know emily/frozenlilacs used them once, but kinda never did again.

As far as places, I was looking out of my own curiosity so if I find any I'll be sure to let you know! It couldn't hurt to ask Printsess for a sample to see how fast they get back to you with one however. (But I kinda think the name change is because they went downhill as paper forest) and the way they plug artists and don't have testimonials is fishy to me. It's cool they're using claire and barachan and stuff to promote them, but I kind of have a feeling they're using them to promote their ~*quality*~ lol.

haha well I ordered a charm from celesse and Im pretty positive that "printcess" is where she got them made and the quality of the charm itself was so amazing. So now I'm kinda having high hopes for a another place to be even remotely decent but I just dont know if that exists haha!

Claire and the owner of printcess are actually dating so I'm sure thats why she promotes them. But wow I didn't know people talked about them on artist_beware! And I think I've heard something about a long turn around time but the owner of printcess has said himself that they have employees. So I don't know if like they just get tons and tons of orders or if it just takes a long time in general to make the products. I guess it would also be nice if they had a review page from customers!

And thank you :) I know most places only have stuff in bulk too and cost around 3oo dollars per acrylic sheet. I thought Claires prices were pretty decent for the quality. In comparison to other acrylic I've seen too.

Yeah XD I know they're engaged now, which made sense from all the plugging they do for each other. And I hear their charms are really quite good and priced decently. I'm just really skeptical, but maybe they fixed all their backorders! (One would hope) SO..it's worth a shot at least!

actually I found the entry and read it and its pretty much what I expected. Long turn around time and bad communication. My friend placed an order with them too awhile back and said they took a really long time to get the order out and she had to shoot them multiple emails after 4 weeks of not receiving the stickers. Now this could be when they didn't have employees? I just don't know. Hopefully their service really is much better now.

However they're more like straight up design cuts, instead of print cuts. XD But similar process, with the lazer cutting. So that might be the right track.

yea I wanted to try ponoko and then realized you have to know how to use illustrator. Most acrylic places do so thats why I wanted to find a place like princess because I really wanted to make pretty print designs ;3; especially if I was going to have to learn illustrator xD Might as well be worth it haha.
