I'll mention off the bat that this is actually a different outfit than she usually wears. Since I was experimenting with alternate outfits and also experimenting with a new color style, I figured I'd use this picture.
Anyway, I was bored with the old way I was lining art and finally realized that vectors would be perfect for me. so I got Inkscape and after a while I began to dominate the program and now I'm certain I'll never use anything else for line art and color ever again.
