Actualy, the vine color is dependant on the eeveelution's main weakness. Vaporeon for example getting green for grass. Jolteon getting dirty gray for ground, eevee getting deep red brown for fighting. This one is water. So im thinking psychic will either be a dark vine color, a light green vine color, or a neon purple black vine color for bug, dark, and ghost
