's Cream puffs filled with a strawberry-cream-cheese filling (tastes like cheesecake) and topped with chocolate.

*I added 1/4c. sugar to sweeten them up a little, the regular recipe tastes exactly like ice cream cones.

Filling is as follows:
2 C finely cut strawberries- fresh or frozen
1 12 oz package of philidelphia whipped cream cheese
4 oz of coolwhip (about 1/4 of a tub of coolwhip)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Fill puffs using a pastry bag (they bake up hallow on their own) and set in freezer over night. Next day melt your chocolate in a double boiler and dip each puff in to cover the puncture on the top that was made when filling.


Let chocolate sit for ten-fifteen minutes. Serve chilled
