Remember the Rapidash adopt from a while ago? The one who was from a custom set but then the customer didn't want them anymore? Here's another of those babs, finally remembered I had to finish this set xD I actually really like her, I wouldn't have thought to do an ice-type as a more exotic design, so kudos to the original commissioner for wanting a belly dancer Articuno ;w; ♥
