Cuando finalmente pude ver a Shere Khan crei (no se por que) que el macho iba a ser mas huraño que las hembras, sobre todo despues de ver al del zoo... pero no, es un encanto, igual que sus hijas y compañera. Pobrecillo, me da pena que lo tengan tan aislado :'(
When I finally got to see Shere Khan I thought (dunno why) that the male would be not as friendly as the females, mostly after seeing the one from the zoo.. But all the contrary, he's a sweetie, just as much as his daughters and mate. Poor guy, I really feel bad for him because he's kept so much isolated :'(

Yeah, they're solitary, except when they're in family. I mean, usually brothers remain together, and it's more usual that it's the females those who prefer to wander around alone. In that sense, males are more social than females. Never heard about males helping fems out with cubs, though :)
He's isolated, yeah, but not /so much/. I mean, they take him out every day like the rest, and he's just far enough from the rest so they don't get his scent, but they can see each other, so like, in the wild, they know they're there.
