Some people come and go, and as much as we understand, it still hurts to see them leave.
I've lost a lot of people in the past year, both IRL and online, yet I move on everyday with a promise of a smile.

It is okay to cry..
You will wake up feeling better in the morning, there will be more pain in the future, yet more happiness as well.
But keep your head up, and that smile on, cause even a little spark in the dark, can be enough to brighten another's day.

You're valid, and you are all worthy of love.
