Chevalier - also known by the alias of 'Duskfall' - is one of three members of the Night Hunter team Midnight Storm. He is part of the Guardians of Twilight guild.

He is an artificial hybrid, his genetics being spliced together by a secretive organization known as the HWDP (or Hybrid Weapons Development Program). Originally a Gallade, he now additionally possesses the genes of Houndoom and Golbat. Chevalier is a very fierce and deadly fighter in both close-quarters and ranged combat, employing his bone-like blades to slice apart his opponents with terrifying efficiency. He is also capable of wreathing said blades in a crimson fire to further enhance their cutting power, or he could transfer this fire to his palms to unleash powerful bolts and cones of flame. Although he is not capable of flight, his wings are capable of gliding as well as enhancing his jumps.

Chevalier is a very quiet and shy individual, he is very easily flustered and often finds himself awkward in company he's unfamiliar with. It's quite a rarity for him to speak up when in the company of others and only does he open up to those he trusts greatly - his teammates specifically, although he does trust other members of his guild. Even though many wouldn't believe he'd be capable of hurting a fly, in combat a 'switch' seems to be flipped and his personality changes drastically, becoming cold and calculating.

Notes: Despite his awkwardness, Chevalier often desires to spend his free-time in the company of others, especially Alicia and Elisabeth.

Due to his Golbat genes, his diet consists entirely of blood.

The Identification Tattoo on the back of his right shoulder reads 'VAM-02', given to him by the HWDP.
