Tada, its Froslass, one of my all time favorite female pokémon. I think this is about the 3rd in my ghost party series. I'm not sure, i don't keep count. I really like the way this one has come out. The background is a boit iffy, but i still don't know how to do good blizzard effects on paint tool SAI.

I tried a new shading technique here, which means i used more than one colour as the darker one, this time opting for around 3, to try and get it to blend better. Now, let me explain the energy ball. It was an after thought. The original picture was meant to be Froslass holding her hand up, but as you know, i suck at hands, so a threw in a good old energy ball.
