Commission for a friend!
This Stronk Dad is a Swap Gaster, in a version which he is swapped with the Ice Wolf from Snowdin. He has always been a simpleminded fellow who lives in the moment, not caring about what foods are bad for him and weightlifting in his spare time (especially back in school, where he found himself paying more attention to his fitness classes than anything else--hence why his simpler mind never turned out to be the Royal Scientist).
And he still has little Sans and Papyrus, so now he's Stronk Dad instead of Science Dad.
