Our fifth character in the September rush is Candi Carlile, an aggressively happy axolotl girl who loves bright colors. Always bubbly and cheery, Candi likes to make sure people around her are entertained, even if it means they start to get annoyed at her antics.

As a sidenote, coloring those rainbow suspenders was a surprising pain! I need to come up with an easier way to do that if she's going to appear in many pictures moving forward. :p
