Well... I had nothing special planned for this, and I realized that I completely missed the date! On September 14, 2019, Odyssey Freschclauhs has existed for a full year! Now, I say existed because she’s not a year old, she’s 20 years old. Her birthday is on December 27, 1998. My birthday is December 27, 1999, so hers is just a year apart from me.

All of that aside, it’s been an incredible year. She’s got so many pieces of art done for her, and she’s developed so much. I have a 13 page “handbook” for her and everything... I could honestly cry on how much she’s came to be.

I’ve had a ton of hardships in life, and Odyssey has really helped me become the person I am today. I was extremely depressed before she was created, and I felt like it was really hard to move on in life. But, once I developed her character, she helped me grow. I created her to be the person I want to be. And I’ve got to say, it’s more than worked!

So, even though she’s not something I can speak to and expect to be heard... thank you, Odyssey, for everything you’ve done for me the past year.
