When I found out Seattle has a yearly Color Run event I knew I had to be in it.
With a fursuit.
A WHITE ONE.
So I commissioned a very standard G-shep from Razzy_Lee and named him Palette, or Pal for short. And WOW, he came out AWESOME!!! I'm in total love with that head and expression, Razzy really did some fantastic work!
It turns out TigerSquat also planned on fursuiting at the event so we linked up and ran together! Well, by ran I mean we jogged about 100 feet through the first color cloud then spent the rest of the 5k walking 2-3 steps at a time then stopping to pose for photos with people. THEY LOOOOVED US!
Pretty sure I've never had so may photos taken while in suit. There were thousands of people at this event and Kip & I probably had the most eye-catching costumes of anyone there. It took us a good 2-3hrs to complete the entire 5k which absolutely set a record for my slowest 5k ever lol. Partway through we ran into Nightshade51 who hooked us up with some sweet photo ops. Seriously we got the best pics of the entire event because of you, thank you Night! <3
The colors washed out just fine with some laundry detergent and a few dunks in the bath tub, so Palette's ready for the next run. I seriously can't wait to do this again, hopefully with even more fursuiters!
