Just was trying to figure out another uniform for my CCA Lumirians from Stellaris, my lil space socialist otter guys. I am rather happy with how this one came out, and I am thinking of making this gal here an actual character... maybe something like Lt. Inki, a security or operations officer.

They're ending up being just a weird element in that respect, because on paper they are good guys but their militaristic nature and fanatical egalitarianism definitely gives them a unique diplomatic standpoint... I guess they're only sinister to groups that step on what they view as rights. Be it a xenophobic dictatorship or a more pacifistic monarchy.
