I recognize it's been a while since I've said anything of Verity, Deva's colleague in the Predatory Slave Liberators and Special Associates. Well, it shouldn't be much of a mystery: Verity's exploring the full length of the Nintendo Smash Bros. multiverse. After mingling with us Pokemon and bringing home a yoshi, she's on to the next.
I can't say I'm at all surprised that, given the option, she chose Hyrule first. Not only is it already fractured throughout multiple timelines so it's pretty much inconceivable that she could fuck things up any harder than Ganon already has, it's been home to some of the most beloved and lovable creatures and characters have ever been seen (though I think we all know they both just want to find that giant bird accordion player).
Of course, along with the ritos, the loftwings, the keatons and such. . . Well, you have to show your work to the S.A. -- demonstrate to them that you really are trying to chronicle everything and not just seek out whatever you may want for yourself. . . Which occasionally means Verity will have a day or two like this as well.
What's the verdict Verity?
Verity: *sigh* "The Like Like is, for all intents and purposes, harmless enough, only appearing to be capable of ingesting generic, inorganic material like metals and fabric. . . Unfortunately, the Like Like is dumb as shit and has the memory span of a gnat! It has made seven attempts to ingest me even though I am completely naked! So the Like Like is most definitely NOT a possible candidate for domestication.
"Tera? Hit this fucking thing with an ice beam. And write down everything I just said in the description just in case I can't find my notepad."

Tera: "Heh. Well, Verity's already been to, and brought back a representative of, the Mario/Yoshi world, so unless Verity has some prior experiences she's left off the record. . ."
Verity: (*whistles and walks away*)
Tera: ". . .the next one will be a Hyrule rep., after which the higher-ups will probably want her to U-turn back to subspace and scout another realm.
"They're okay with Deva prioritizing our world because it's so expansive and it's already been proven that it could directly influence their home world, so they'll probably want Verity to prioritize Mobius or the Lylat System next. But if most of her experiences in Hyrule were like this, my money's on Verity next coming back with either an Animal Crossing villager or a Duck Hunt dog."
