Patsy Wayne here is a member of a special Street Judges unit in GigaCITY 01. A very small group of artificially grown and genetically enhanced judges, designed to run as fast as a Judge's Lawseeker bike. Combined with the agility and relative smallness of the human body, they've made Judges that could do a high speed car chase on foot and take routes no Lawseeker can fit through. However the process of creating these "Chaser Judges" is far too costly and can easily backfire. That's why there are so few of them that were a success. They work in tandem with standard Street Judges, even though a lot of them would protest this. Oh also, they are authorized to use the standard JD (Justice Dealer) handguns.
