Mega Man Edelgard "The Transmuting Sorceress"

• Biography: Edelgard is one of many reploids built by Junichiro. She is the one of only two reploids to be built in the 24XX time frame (The other being fellow reploid Solange). As Edelgard was built outside of Legion’s guidelines, she and her creator were in no way persecuted as mavericks as Edelgard was made to do good, not evil, a revelation that let Juni off the hook completely given his past, and creations’ pasts, too. During testing however, and while Juni was busy creating Model G for her, Edelgard inexplicably developed a powerful septima, which didn’t get noticed until a moment after she accidentally manipulated her capsule to let her out via a slimy ride. Immediately realizing this, Model G was updated to house a portion of Edelgard’s septima within his systems (Which made him much more stable than normal surprisingly). News that Edelgard was a combination of Reploid/Adept reached Legion and Master Albert asked that Edelgard be handed over for dissection and study, though Juni refused Albert (And with good reason). Despite this, Master Albert never did try to force Juni to hand the reploid/adept over, yet Edelgard was also wanted by Sumeragi for the same reason Juni denied Albert of. Thankfully, Edelgard and Juni are a slippery lot and have evaded all attempts of capture by Sumeragi, and later Albert as they strive to put an end to the game of destiny. But not before Edelgard learned how to handle her Septima better first. Edelgard has a great motherly persona and is quite insightful to boot. Although her knack for science can get her absent minded on occasion. Granted that she is a part of the Pseudo-Biotype Reploid line, Edelgard has developed a fondness of sweets, but she will not eat anything sour, or bitter. The most mesmerizing when studying.
• Abilities: Edelgard is the biomatch for Biometal Model G (Gate) and can Mega Merge with him to take on Mega Man form to better insure her battle capabilities, not to mention the fact that she also gains a number of Gate’s abilities (Minus the invincibility he had, which was expectedly removed completely for fairness). Aside from this, as a reploid attuned to the 7th stage of the lifewave, Edelgard fancies herself a powerful adept as well. She has an affinity for the Transmute Septima, which enables her to manipulate physical matter by touch. This ranges from turning a dagger into an extending skewer, to making the floor so soft it can sink anything heavy, but in that sense, the ability doesn’t enable the power to change how thick or sticky such a trap can get. That honor belongs to Sorcha’s Liquid Earth Septima. Normally adepts under Juni keep their septimose within a Septima Stone, but Model G fills that role instead, enabling her not just to Mega Merge, but also to weaponize as well. She can use her septimal abilities normally, or as a Mega Man, but the powers are at their strongest when weaponized. To add to this benefit, she can switch between Mega Man, and Septimal form at will. Her attacks and Special Skill are as follows.
o Gooey Trap: Edelgard manipulates any solid surface within reach try and trap the foe in a gooey casing before making it harden.
o Flying Guillotine: Edelgard makes a guillotine appear and has it launched at the opponent. Often used as a follow up after Gooey Trap is successful.
o Arrow Rain: Edelgard makes several shards of shrapnel rise up before modifying them into arrows and having those arrows rain down on multiple targets.
o Transmuted Sword: Edelgard takes any piece of debris around her and then transmutes it into a sword for herself to use. The sword is very durable and can be used 60 times before it ends up reverting to what it was transmuted from and crumbling.
o Savage Skewer: Edelgard, using a dagger she has handy, manipulates the blade into rapidly expanding as a spear to skewer any opponent unfortunate enough to be in its way. Also acts as a follow up after using a trapping move.
o Liquid Flooring: A stronger variation of Gooey Trap. Instead of manipulating a small portion of the floor, she takes control the entire floor and molds it like it were putty to try and slam into the foe to trap them. Those caught are then squeezed by the gooey trap until the point of release.
o Liquidating Pandemonium: “Matter, Anti-Matter/Two opposing forces that/must never collide. Liquidating Pandemonium!” Edelgard’s Special Skill. With her power at maximum, Edelgard manipulates the arena she’s in or on until it becomes all gooey & slimy, sending forth globs of the matter around her at the opponent. Getting hit leads to getting stuck, and Edelgard closing the attack with a powerful energy wave. If used as a Mega Man, it drains her entire biometal energy gauge (Or half when upgraded to 75% or 100%) but can be used often when weaponized. Either way, it needs to cool down before it can be used again.
• Abut Model G: Model G (Gate) is a biometal created by Junichiro for Edelgard to use in order to take part in the fight to end the Game of Destiny. Using Gate’s golden armor as a basis, Juni made sure to catch each aspect of Gate’s battle capabilities as he possibly could. During its programming however, it was at first too perfectly replicated as it was noted that the invincibility to other weapons (Save for his own) seen in the original Gate was programmed into it. This feature was justifiably removed for fairness and sensibility. When finished, Model G had some problems that stemmed from instability and it was vital that it be addressed quickly. However, model G ended up absorbing a portion of Edelgard’s septimose and this did the trick as it enabled Model G to replicate only the positive qualities of Gate while retaining one or two of his negative qualities. As a result, Model G has gone onto be a vital player in ending the Game of Destiny. Model G has Gate’s sense of devotion as he displays undying loyalty to his partner Edelgard and sharing her passion for science as well. Although he still harbors Gate’s sarcastic side. Nonetheless, he likes helping Edelgard in studying certain topics, but he doesn’t like it when Edelgard gets sidetracked and often has to snap her back into reality. Model G grants the following attacks and abilities.
o Hover: Model G is capable of hovering for a short while, staying airborne for about 20 seconds before descending.
o Nightmare Ball: Model G’s common attack. Launches a sphere that has a different effect based on the color. Red disables attack, blue reverses direction control, green stuns, orange and purple simply do damage. Can be charged to increase the effects.
o Nightmare Strike: Model G’s max charge attack. Opens a damaging dark rift.
