I heard a rumor that their discontinuing the rotary engine line. I want to see a new rx-7 dammit! the 8 was nice, but you just dont get any more beautiful than the 7

as for the rotary engine they did now its just the renisses engine, but the 13b and 13b-Turbo rotary engine are for now only rebuildable

Far as I know they are coming out with a new rotary engine. Calling it the 16x. Supposed to have more power and torque, and better economy.

hrm...so since all of their hydrogen and experimental testing seems to be done with the rx-8 bodystyle, I guess we're not gonna see a new gen 7 for awhile, huh?
