This is part 1 of 3 of Kyoko in the savagelands, commissioned by JaxtonDragoon (dA). Here, she is getting to know her surroundings from the looks of it. Her clothes have been torn to shreads, and she appears to have lost her panties... While this may indicate that it should be mature, there are no naughty parts in view, so all in all I think it would be okay to place this in the general category. On dA I may put this at the mid level Mature setting.

of course I accept your apology. I'm the one that did the dummy move by saying what I did. sorry to barrin for commenting so much bout this stuff...but after you mentioned the slight I made it got me to thinking what the bar code really is for...and since it wouldn't hurt to let others know and learn from my mistake...do you mind sharing what the code is actually for? I have my guesses but I don't want to slander your character again like I did..
Geez you're just fine, no harm done.
Actually the bar code is no more than a statement, as are most tattoos, I simply chose a bar code due to my geeky nature. According to the generator I used to create the initial image the tattoo is supposed to translate to GEEK so its a double reference. Sort of like the tie I've seen which has a nice pattern, that turns out to be binary, and when translated says "I hate ties."
I also have 2 other tattoos, both equally geeky, well maybe not, a band just above my ankle which has a power symbol as the centerpiece and another on my lower back with a pair of dragons surrounding another power symbol.
As for your guess, I'm curious, and would not feel the least bit offended if you were to share your theory.

I have no clue how to read that sort of code O_O....and that's pretty cool putting in a code word that only a few would ever be able to figure out...as for my guesses I had only two. the first was a Hitman type of bar code. not original to say the least but I had watched the movie not too long ago. the second was an identification code marking what model of creature she was. sort of like an experimental creature created in a lab. that one came from what I'm already trying to do with the many versions of my character. probably also not original, but it's the best one I could think up.
Both are equally valid choices. As I said someplace I have a friend with a bar code on the back of her neck Hitman style supposedly if scanned it reads 'human'. As for the identification number I've heard of that used in games and stories before, including a group in one story that used ink with a digital coding so the shape was less important than the ink itself.
well thank you...now that I know it exists I can prolly use something like that...though...since I can't draw to save my life...I'll need someone to design it for me...and since a biohazard symbol is all I can come up with...i'm open to suggestions......and did you learn about it from a book?...it sounds like it..
Nope, no book I just have a friend who's really into sci-fi. But coded ink does exist, I had a toy when I was younger that used coded ink with a reader and I think Leapfrog has one out now.
There was also a product you could buy that was essentially a clear "paint" with coded dots suspended in it, the intent was for a person to paint their electronics so that if stolen they had a nearly permanent identifier on them.
As for the symbol pretty much anything would work. The character I've been talking about had a tattoo of a spade from a deck of cards as he liked the shape, additionally the sub-group he was in was known as the Wildcardz (might have been an 's' I can't remember) so it fit that way too.
Also if you can't draw you can always try what I do, look around for good reference images first and composite them in something like Photoshop. Or if you are good with drawing tools like in PowerPoint doodle it out there. There are various tattoo designers but most require a payment or subscription to use. Finally, don't forget about dingbat or symbol type fonts there are a large variety of them and the symbols are often highly scalable.
