It kinda sucks to know that you cant really go out on the rain, even more if you dont like getting wet but looks like this Houndoom is really enjoying this rainy afternoon dont you think? he doesnt even need to go out for food!
I always liked houndooms and I wanted to make a cozy scenario for this cool doggo that deserves more love, I even been thinking of making this punk into an actual character but Im still thinking about it, hell I dont even have a name for him.
