- you may resell it, but only for the same price you got it for, unless you commissioned art of them
- the design is yours to use for whatever you want (except commercial use). so yes, you can change it's species/gender/etc.
- if you upload the character to toyhouse, please credit my account there. same username as here: chigle
- i don't take refunds for designs, so once bought, the design cannot be returned
