For some reason I wanted to draw Peg Pete and Miss Pennypacker from the cartoon Goof Troop as ninja's. I think I was inspired by http://author92.deviantart.com and his artwork of tied up ninja babes. Here we have Peg Pete working her fighting skills while Miss Pennypacker is practicing her escape attempts.
