• Biography: Storm Harpy is one of many reploids created by Junichiro, being built within the time frame of the year 22XX. Storm Harpy serves as a combat reploid under his command, but she is really the prototype of Juni’s 22XX combat line. So while she herself is the first of those combat reploids to be built, she’s technically not the 1st official. That honor belongs to Blazer Dragon, built a year later. Storm Harpy was built moments after Bleu was finished with her testing and upon Storm Harpy’s creation, she too passed her testing with quick and good results. It was noted that, despite her name, she didn’t possess the Thunder Attribute. When asked about the name despite the lack of the power of thunder, Juni answered it was a tribute to the honorable Maverick Hunter Storm Eagle, and Repliforce soldier Storm Owl. Satisfied with the answer (With Ciel going so far as to call the tribute “Beyond sweet”), Storm Harpy proves herself to be handy in and off the battle field. Storm Harpy is a playful spirit and is quite bubbly as well. However, she does tend to space out, especially when she’s trapped in a song. Which, more often than not, requires shaking her to snap her back into reality. That said, she is an accomplished singer and loves to sing when the chance arises. However, despite liking it when the wind blows, she would prefer the winds being gentle on her wings. She refuses to go out and fly if the wind is blowing with great force. Has the best singing voice of any reploid.
• Abilities: Storm Harpy, as mentioned, does not sport an element. The wind that she uses to fight with are not electrically charged, but they’re still damaging in their own right. Storm Harpy is usually seen with her wings on her arms, but thanks to being mechanical, she can swap her wings with actual arms to avoid clumsy moments, and to enable more freedom in battle. Storm Harpy is equipped with the weapons Storm Tornado and Double Cyclone, the special weapons of Storm Eagle and Storm Owl, respectively and uses them often in various ways, especially when using other wind related attacks.
• EX Skill: Super Cyclone. Storm Harpy first fires a Storm Tornado, while unleashing a Double Cyclone immediately after that. She will then use the charged variation of both at the same time for more damage.
