I haven't drawn a full body merfolk purely for myself in awhile. I should do draw them more often.
I don't have a name set in stone for this guy yet, but I call him Finn as a placeholder. He's one of those guys that got magically turned into a mythical being and was the logical one that was totally okay with it instead of wanting to turn back.
