Character Bio -

Boosly is a hateful and cruel Poltergeist. Not the spirit of someone deceased, no, but instead a ghostly manifestation of ill-will and mischief. She exists solely to inconvenience others in humiliating, harmful and reckless ways. And boy does she love it. Boosly is prone to fits of laughter where she can barely contain herself if something sets her off, typically a prank gone right. She is a very petty person and will react with great disdain when the plan goes awry, and shirks back when she's put on the defensive. She can't exactly handle what she dishes out because of her childishness.

Thankfully, she has a wide array of tools in her arsenal to help her machinations come to fruition. Boosly possesses the typical gamut of abilities one would expect a poltergeist to have. Invisibility, possession, disembodied voices, telekinesis, the ability to enter dreams, creating hallucinations both auditory and visual, each ability an indespensible boon in her quest to bring the world to heel with cruel laughter.

Boosly has a special disdain for other apparritions and ghosts since most of them actually have some sort of prior identity to becoming a ghost or a spirit, whether it's a dark elf who turned into a wraith, or a ghostly harpy, at least they used to be someone. Perhaps Boosly is self-conscious of a perceived lack of personal identity and thus chooses to define herself with malice and cruel japes. Or perhaps letting people think that is just the set up to an even crueler jape...?

She met the protagonist of MHFAP! where one might expect- a haunted mansion. While Hero is typically good at not getting spooked by other monsters who like to prank, Boosly is apparently good enough at what she does to keep him on his toes. He's also a lot more cautious concerning her as her pranks often end in he or someone in his harem actually getting hurt. There's never been any major damage caused by her, he can't bring himself to fully trust her when she's around. More than once he has taken out his anger at her and sexually humiliated her, which only heightens their rivalry as her drive to get him back and femdom him is only increased. She calls him 'Spook' as far as her pet name goes.
