I totally love sushi and i like to cook.
I combined both, because in my area there is no way to get good sushi and so i am doing it myself.
The only thing that bugs me is the time it takes.
A complete meal for 3-4 people, with 3 course menu takes approximitly 4-5 hours for me to make.
I am also able to prepare a few other japanese meals.

Oh, those are pretty nice. They are made out of 3 Layers of Steel, the blade is made of aogami and is encased by shirogami. I also have a knife that is a bit cheaper, it was made out of gingam.
