Egress, the poor boy, had an accident when he was young that damaged his horn pretty badly. The doctors did the best they could, but they werent able to fix it completely. He managed to live a mostly normal life after that, but there were certain spells that just wouldnt work right.
One day, in his late teens, he discovered that if he would attempt a simple light spell, holes would start to appear in the air around him, and he could see different and strange planets through them. He tried reaching out to one, and suddenly he was holding a golf ball sized planet in his hoof!
Doing this for a while, he got the great idea to open a shop, and thats how he got here!Art is by
