I would love some help with critique and redlines for this picture. Hand and arm placement changes to make the pose more natural would be fine. I want to keep the legs in that position but tips on making the pose look more natural, redlines on the pose and anatomy as well as general critique.
What the area around his tail looks like confuses me. There aren't going to be any bits so help on the torso and crotch would be awesome too.

Hmmm... what I like to do when I'm not drawing some dirty art stuff and I need to draw a crotch, I draw a tuft of fur over it. Think of it as his fox-bush! XD Kinda like what you did on his neck/chest, but only to his junk. :3 Tis a good way to cover and you don't have to make it look like he's wearing spandex. :P
His shoulders should be more defined as well as his biceps. I'm not saying he has to look burly, but underneath the 'ball' of his shoulder, I would make an n shape. Like what I did here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3267931 (nsfw) . The goat gal on top, with her arms coming towards the viewer, you can see the n shape. It's erased in the middle, though so... uh... yeah. I dunno how else to describe it! Hahaha! Take my unuseful comment and LIKE IT~! Then I would bulk out the area where his neck and shoulders meet.
His left calf is a little thick and a little low. I would bring the line where his calf meets his leg up a little more, towards his knee. And then his other foot, his toes wouldn't all go in a straight line like that. They'd curve a bit... and then the two middle toes would be a hair bit bigger than the outside ones.

I believe his neck is a teenie bit too short. Then you need to beef up the shoulders. I just happen to be sitting on my bed, so I quickly got into this pose to test it out. The right arm isn't in a very comfortable position. It is doable, but not comfortable. I put a quick doodle of his arm on top of his knee, which I found to be much more nice.
I also agree with the calf comment. The calf muscle starts below the knee and then tapers down into the ankle.

I think Moonie's got you covered on most of what I wanted to say, especially with the tuft of fluff over what would be private parts, and Taasla's red lines are great, too!
First, I know you didn't ask for this, so I hope it's okay to say--I think you should puff out the right side (our left) of the face a little bit to match the other side. Not line for line, obviously, but just the general shape, bring that side out a bit more. The ear on that same side looks like it could be pulled down just a hair, too, unless you would like to raise the opposite ear instead. (I hope that made sense!)
As for his tail, I might have to redline what I mean, but I hope my text makes sense: the part where his tail curves around to connect behind him, that line closest to his body, could do without being curved all the way around. It makes his tail look really thin there, you know?
Great job on his fingers though, and his left/our right leg. Also, just curious--when you draw muzzles like on this one, do they come easily to you? (I ask because I always have trouble with muzzles, and they frustrated the crap out of me :/)

I'd say the shoulders are a bit big (muscle wise) it makes the biceps seem smaller then they actually should be. The left thigh muscle should curve outward instead of inward and it seems the thigh is thick to so make the line where I see your practice line is that looks anatomically to me ^^. The left shoulder comes out a bit should bring that in, also the left arms bicep right where the forearm connects looks odd the bicep should pause for a moment then go into the elbow to connect to the forearm like how I did it in this picture: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2775631/ (yeah weird EX but it works ^^). On the right leg where the tail is you should curve it in showing the round butt. That's all I got since you got the talk on the toes ^^.
