The Thief and the Hungry King. (Commission)
A 30$ Commission for 
reptek, of his OC's the Thief Nidon and the King Kuguk.
The story shows how a desperate thief tries to steal great richness from the King of his kingdom with the help of some magic, and soon has the whole thing backfiring at him pretty badly! XP

Sometimes you just have to make hard decisions in order to survive.
Take Nidon for example.
There is nothing else this young lizardman would wish for more than to have a steady and honest way of making a living, and maybe even make himself a family.
But as long as he was living in a kingdom ruled by a King like Kuguk (who seemed to have more focus on food then how his kingdom was actually ruled) that clearly wasn't an option, as the best way for the young man to survive was to become a thief.
Most of his schemes had been on easy targets, but that rarely gave him anything that was worth all the efforts and risks.
That is until now after his latest trick, when he paid a visit to a witch and "borrowed" a scroll from her.
This scroll was detailing a spell that (if being what he was hoping for) could not only make it possible for him to make a heist towards the gluttonous King, but make him so rich that he wouldn't have to steal from anyone ever again!
Bringing with him a sack and the scroll Nidon headed off towards the great castle, from which the ever so powerful King Kuguk was living in.
After sneaking up from behind and swimming across the moat, Nidon started to search the castle wall for some kind of opening.
Finally he found what looked like a hole inside created by rats, something that was obviously way too small for himself to enter. (For now!)
Pulling out the scroll from the bag Nidon started to chant the ancient written words in a manner that he has heard the witch do whenever she was doing her magic, and before he knew it everything around him was starting to grow a lot more taller!
Once the whole process had stopped however did he realize that it was in fact him that had been shrinking a lot, and not the other way around. (Along with his sack and scroll also having got smaller with him, most likely due to him having held onto them both as he did the spell.)
Being now just the size to fit the whole Nidon made his way through, and found himself to now be inside of the King's castle!
Feeling pretty proud of what an achievement he had just made the tiny thief still knew that he didn't have time to start celebrating, as he still had some treasure to find. (And while he was very small he could still be seen if he was right out in the open.)
Using his super small size to his advantage Nidon had an easy time moving under doors to get from room to room, and whenever some royal servants or guards were passing by he always had a large object he could hide behind to stay hidden. (Having to make sure also he didn't end up in a fight with an actual rat or anything-)
As he kept on moving around as stealthy as he could Nidon heard some pretty heavy footsteps coming, and he knew just what was the cause of those.
Kuguk!
And he wasn't alone as he also had two royal guards just behind him that was asking, "Where do you want us to put these latest bits of gold that we have collected?" a bit nervously.
"Just toss it into the treasure room on the second floor, where the rest of it is!" The big fat Lizard King said, as he really couldn't seem to be bothered less about what Nidon saw as valuable gold coins.
"I've just spent several hours at a boring strategy meeting with my officers, and I am STARVING!!!" The big King proclaimed, with his giant belly growling loudly to confirm he was telling the truth.
"Not as much as you are letting your people starve, you fat slob!" Nidon was whispering from his hideout, as he could see the King going towards a huge door at the end of the hallway, while the two guards were taking the stairs up.
Knowing what they had just said the guards were obviously going to where all the treasures were hidden, so Nidon wasted no time following them up the stairs!
Carefully following the two guards to the treasure room Nidon watched how they left the door open slightly, giving him the chance to run in before they noticed anything.
As he got inside Nidon was utterly stunned by what he saw!
It was true that if anyone would be swimming in riches it would be the king, but this room literally had MOUNTAINS of gold coins, jewels, treasure chest, rare art pieces, and more!
Hiding behind one pile of money Nidon watched how the guards just turned their money-filled bags upside down, and let the coins and jewels just pour out randomly onto the floor. (Given how much was already in this place, can you really blame them for not caring so much over if it was all organized or not?)
Once they were done with the job the guards headed for the door and closed it, giving Nidon the chance to finally make himself big again.
Pulling out the scroll Nidon read off a second row of ancient-looking words, and in no time both he, the scroll, and the sack was all back into their normal size again.
Having a literal treasure room all for himself Nidon wasted no time picking and choosing over what he guessed was the most valuable stuff in the room, while also making sure it was small enough to be stored into his bag.
He was feeling like a kid in a candy store now with just how ridiculously happy that this was all actually happening to him, and that so far his plan for robbing the fat king had gone off without any problems at all.
That's when Nidon got too greedy for his own good as he tried to pull out a pretty valuable looking necklace from the bottom of a pile, and ended up causing the whole mountain to collapse!
Rushing away he just so barley avoided getting buried alive, but the whole thing had caused so much noise that it would be a miracle if nobody heard it.
Not wanting to take any chances Nidon quickly took out the scroll and shrink himself once more, just as the door came swinging open again as the same two guards had heard the commotion.
Nidon was at first planning on making his exit through the door, but as the two guards started to search the place firmly he knew he would be easily spotted if he tried to get anywhere close to it!
So looking for another way out Nidon spotted a small hole in the corner of the floor, and he wasted no time getting himself and his tiny sack of goods through it.
Looking down on where he was Nidon saw that he was looking out of the roof of what seemed to be the castle's dining hall, and at the very bottom sat the King himself!
Having put up a feast that could feed a whole village the chubby Kuguk was happily stuffing himself with all of it at once!
Meat, Fish, Chicken, Bread, Soup, Liquor, all of it was being devoured at a rapid pace by the ever-growing ruler, as Nidon couldn't help but feel disgusted by how much of a pig the King ate like. (Eating his food in pieces didn't seem to be of his liking most of the time.)
That's when Nidon saw one of the guards from the treasure room come storming in towards the King, telling him that they suspect "S-Something might have been s-stolen from the t-treasure room!"
"WHAT?!" The King yelled out in anger as he got up from his chair, and stomped out super upset from the dining hall along with the guard.
With the dining hall all empty now Nidon had his chance to escape the castle, as he could see not far from him was the girders holding up the dining hall roof, and at the very end he saw an opening that he could escape from!
"All I need to do is to jump onto that thing, and then carefully balance myself out of here!" Nidon thought as he made a leap for it, but unfortunately things didn't play out the way he had hoped for.
As soon as he landed onto the wooden beam the thief almost immediately lost his balance (Due to the heavy bag of goods throwing him off), and before he had a chance to save himself he had fallen off!
Thinking he was going to get crushed to death when he made contact Nidon found some luck as both he and his sack ended up landing into the King's soup bowl with a loud "SPLASH!!!"
Crawling himself onto his floating sack to stay above the surface of the thick, vegetable piece filled soup Nidon felt that things couldn't possibly get any worse, but that's where he was dead wrong!
Just after his little incident the doors of the dining hall open once more, as a very annoyed looking Kuguk was heard saying, "You said things had been stolen, when all that happened was that one of the money piles had tipped over! Now I need to hurry before my soup ends up cold!", and upon hearing that last part Nidon's heart sank deep within him.
Before he knew it the entire soup bowl he and his treasures were in started to rise up, and to his horror he could see the mighty jaws of Kuguk opening up as everything started to tilt downwards!
Trying to call for the King to stop was pointless as he was already starting to get dragged down, and in the next moment both Nidon and his treasure sack ended up falling deep down directly into the throat of Kuguk, and towards his big belly!
What had been planned as the perfect way to rob a King, had now instead lead Nidon and his loot to be seemingly trapped inside of the very same King's big gut!
It was like a nightmare come true as he was literally eaten alive, and if he didn't do something soon he was going to end up as part of Kuguk's giant meal!
The very thought of him ending his days as nothing but fat to be added to Kuguk's already fat belly was something that was more than enough motivation for Nidon to try and think of a way to get out of this mess.
Thinking about what to do Nidon knew that using the spell to make him big again here would be the worst possible idea, since then he would end up so cramped that he wouldn't even be able to move.
So instead he had to find a way to escape while small, and that's when he saw the opening from where he came, and figured that maybe he could climb himself back up there?
He had to wait a few moments on it, since Kuguk was still eating and bits and pieces of food kept piling up around him.
Once the food rain stopped coming to Nidon used the half-eaten food bits to help build a small tower for himself, creating a height tall enough to reach up to the throat opening.
That's when the next problem started as Nidon found it impossible to get a good grip while carrying his sack with goodies in one hand, and had to make a super hard decision overtaking the treasure with him or not.
Knowing his own life was at most important Nidon did the heavy-duty of leaving the sack of gold in the belly, as he still kept the scroll with the magic spell on it with him by holding it in his mouth.
Having to dig his claws deep into the fleshy walls Nidon found himself able to work his way back up through the throat of Kuguk, which in return was being felt like one heck of an itchy pain from inside his windpipes.
Trying to settle the strange feeling by downing a big glass of water Nidon had to hold on tight as the massive flood came hitting him hard, and despite getting super soaked he was still able to hold on.
For Kuguk the irritating pain in his throat drove more and more onto his nerves, as that tall glass of water had some unexpected effects on him.
Having the water bubbling up inside of him Kuguk felt how a lot of pressure was building up, and what would come next could be seen as a pretty "un-Kingly" move of his. (But since he was also a fire-breathing Lizard King it would make for one heck of a show.)
Inside Nidon had just managed to make it all the way back up into the very back of the mouth, and he was about to try and make his exit when he too heard the deep rumblings coming from the belly.
He looked down and what he saw made him once more scared for his life, as he witnessed a spark starting up inside of Kuguk's stomach sack, and how a great deal of fire was about to come rushing up from it!
The horror over what he was seeing was so intense that it caused Nidon to let out a small "Gasp!", causing him to lose his grip of the scroll in his mouth!
Nidon watched how the scroll holding the magic spells for how to shrink and un-shrink things got burnt up by the rising flames, and he knew that if he didn't do something soon he too would meet the same fate!
So instead of heading for the very end of the mouth Nidon instead quickly crawled further upwards to the back of Kuguk's nose, and took cover deep inside one of the King's nostrils as the flames came spewing out through the mouth in a...
"BUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!"
"Oh man! That sure was a big one!" Kuguk said rather impressed as he had created a flame more almost 6 feet in length from his mouth there, patting his big gut over what a powerhouse it can truly be when it wanted to.
That burp also had managed to clear his throat it seemed, as now instead his issue seemed to be something crawling around deep inside his nose!
It was too far in for him to get it out with just his fingers, and before having a chance t think out anything else he could feel a big sneeze coming up.
Nidon didn't have any chance to hold onto anything as suddenly he ended up shooting out like a bullet from the King's nose, flying straight through the air and towards a nearby open window!
He couldn't do much for steering his direction but Nidon could count himself lucky that he went straight through the open window, before then landing straight into the Castle's moat once more.
Having managed to make it out both from Kuguk's castle and Kuguk himself Nidon could count himself lucky there, but he still had to face the issue that he was still really small. (And with the scroll gone it seemed like he would be trapped like this forever.)
That's when some magic sparkles could be seen around him, and before he even knew it Nidon found himself growing back into his normal size once more!
"The spell! It must have stopped working after the scroll got destroyed!" Nidon said to himself, as he was overjoyed to know he was back at his normal self again.
But that's when another curious thought entered his mind...
"What does that mean for the sack of treasures then?"
Back at the castle King Kuguk had no idea what had been going on with himself recently, but with both his throat and nose feeling a lot better now the big guy figured he was probably all good now.
That's when he started to feel some strange magical stuff going on inside of his gut, and before he even had a chance to guess all that loot grow back into its normal size, and as a result Kuguk's gut swelled up to twice its size!
"AAAAAARRRRRGGGHHH!!!!"
Letting out a painful roar of the sudden tightness around his midsection the castle's guards all came running inside, only to find their King clutching at his super swollen belly like if he was a heavily pregnant Queen.
Feeling his belly the guards could tell that it was not only big, but also feeling very taunt in the skin, and incredibly hard! (Rock solid even.)
Not only was Kuguk now feeling painfully full, but thanks to it all being gold that was stuffed inside of him the King's belly now felt like a big weight that someone had tied him up with to keep him anchored down to the ground!
"Oh my god! Your majesty! What happen?" The guards all asked, as King Kuguk wished for nothing else but for them to bring him over to his bed so that he could rest his now super heavy middle.
Despite the help of four guards carrying him the King felt like he had swallowed a whole safe, as that belly also let out a bit of a rattling sound with every step he took.
"Was it something weird in that soup?" One of the guards asked, as King Kuguk moaned in pain and said, "I don't know, but right now I feel like I have the entire soup cauldron inside of me!"
Nidon might have failed at stealing some of the loot that the King kept hidden safe within the chamber of his castle, but at least he got the food-loving ruler to know what it feels like to have some of his treasure under REALLY CLOSE protection from any thief.

Not only was Kuguk now feeling painfully full, but thanks to it all being gold that was stuffed inside of him the King's belly now felt like a big weight that someone had tied him up with to keep him anchored down to the ground!
"Oh my god! Your majesty! What happen?" The guards all asked, as King Kuguk wished for nothing else but for them to bring him over to his bed so that he could rest his now super heavy middle.
Despite the help of four guards carrying him the King felt like he had swallowed a whole safe, as that belly also let out a bit of a rattling sound with every step he took.
"Was it something weird in that soup?" One of the guards asked, as King Kuguk moaned in pain and said, "I don't know, but right now I feel like I have the entire soup cauldron inside of me!"
Nidon might have failed at stealing some of the loot that the King kept hidden safe within the chamber of his castle, but at least he got the food-loving ruler to know what it feels like to have some of his treasure under REALLY CLOSE protection from any thief.
