I finally went and drew myself a new Pokémon OC! ^w^
This is Boomer*. He's a Blastoise who's a navy officer. He's always loved the ocean and joined the navy because he wanted to protect the seas he loves so much.
He's pretty darn good at it. He has a wicked-looking scar to prove it!
How he puts on that uniform while wearing a shell is anyone's guess, but he looks very handsome in it. <3
Heavily inspired by
Vectordragon's Blastoise character. I loved the concept so much I wanted to give it a shot myself. I wonder if those two Blastoise are friends...
Also I hid a few easter eggs in the image. Can you find them?
