If I had a dream that included Bart Simpson, I'd wake up screaming and promising that, whatever sin I'd committed, I wouldn't do it again. Heck, I'd stop committing a sin I wasn't even committing.
That said, this is an interesting character. Obviously, this is a dolphin that's seen his better days.
