When papyrus had gotten to sans's post to see how everything was going and as usual sans was sleeping " ah! You lazy bone!" Is all papyrus could think about until he decided to shake sans to wake him up. After many many many many failed attempt papyrus got annoyed as he started to impatiently stomp his feet " I need a way to find to wake him up and teach him a lesson about lazing around on the job" papyrus thought for a bit before finally remembering something he saw on television.

In the show, the main monster had yanked the underwear of his friend over his head to teach him a lesson, while papyrus thought it would be mean to do this to his brother, he was determined to teach him to not sleep on work. With newfound determination, papyrus grabbed the back of his brother's underwear before yanking up in a sharp yank that woken up sans immediately.

Sans grunted in pain as his tighty whites were yanked up his back, he turned around to see who his aggressor was only for it to be his own brother " p-papyrus? " sans said sounding pretty confused " stop it, it hurts" papyrus shook his head " no! I'm teaching you a lesson brother, after that, you will never fall asleep while at work! Nyeh nyeh!" Sans yelped in pain as his brother had now lifted him up by his briefs increasing the pain in his crotch and ass.

sans wanted to argue but he knew that once his little brother had something in mind it was impossible to make him stop, like the time he almost made thousands of spaghetti plat for everyone in the underground so sans simply covered his crotch trying to ease the pain with minimal success.

Papyrus started to bounce sans which only made his yelping and grunting worst but he knew that for sans to learn his lesson for good he had to complete it, with one last papyrus was hooking the underwear on sans' head covering his eyes and completing the famous atomic wedgie " have you learn your lesson now?" Papyrus asked to which sans simply gave a weak thumb up " good! Well, I'll be going back to my post now see you later brother!" Papyrus walked away " w-wait o-ow papyrus I can't take it of it's to. Tight" sans tried to get his brother to turn around to help him and failed, he simply sighed holding his pained crotch hoping that no one sees him in this embarrassing predicament
