Collodion on aluminum. Studio flash.
Not great but pretty clean plates today. I scanned it before I varnished it. Once varnished it will darken up a bit.

The completely black background is an interesting effect, I havn't seen you do that before.

It’s part of my lighting experimentation. I’ve alway been intrigued by pure black negative space in images.
