This character is called Steely Dan and is from Jojo's bizarre adventure. I have absolutely no idea what that manga or anime is about and whenever i see scenes of it i'm utterly confused (jellyfish teeth?????). The instructions by the commissioner for this particular character were "make him sexy and punchable" which i thought was hilarious. And after watching some clips with him i understand the punchable part. What a douche! So i tried to make him look like an absolute douchebag. Just a little binch. Super fun! Someone help him fix his eyebrows tho..
