Ah yes, an absolute pride and joy in my arsenal of characters....
D-XIII(S), or Flicker as she's taken for his moniker, began his life as a swift fox, an immigrant to the Democratic Monarchy of Canida and a 1st Lt. in their armed forces. However, her past is the past, now he lives on as a soldier for his mistress, the mysterious U-XIII, doing her bidding and filling her every whim. At 6'2", he cuts a handsomely beautiful figure, his effeminate form agile in ways most can only dream. Her charms keep his opponents on edge, and her wargear is no less deadly than his wits and cunning. Specialising in long range combat, his custom firearm keeps his opponents guessing from whence he fires the round, if they survive the first one that is.~
