This is lovely. I really like how calm and centered she looks. I've never quite gotten the hang of meditation, but it seems like it would be really relaxing and it's something that suits Lauren really well I think. She's always sort of struck me as being cool headed and rational above all else. Not devoid of feeling, far from it, but able to keep her head in every situation. Kinda goes with the water powers, I think.

One of my most favorite pictures of her! Had she had any spiritual phenomena such as astral travel, astral projection, seeing multiple realities through dreams or visions, practiced telepathy, or even seen trans dimensional beings with her third eye (crown chakra)? Did any of her spiritual lessons include astrology or tarot readings? Perhaps some of her training involved studying something like the "Wheel of Samsara" as a way of learning different levels of spiritual existence!
