HEAD

Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The suit was initially sold as a premade partial (which included the head).
My head measurements were taken into account and extra foam was added to ensure a good fit.
I'm super happy with how lightweight and breathable the head is!
The moving jaw allows for some extra breathability as well.
There are cutouts inside the head where your ears would be, so my hearing is very good.
The vision is excellent! Barely any dead spots in front of me and a wide peripheral vision. Mesh material is just right.
The inside isn't lined, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Lining can be difficult to clean and can add extra heat and moisture retention. Wear a balaclava!
Overall build quality is outstanding.
Can smush the head/ears and it'll just bounce right back into shape.

The main reason I had to get him!
His cuteness spoke to me and I instantly said "that's me!"
Fur is laid perfectly, it's very evenly shaven.
Whole head is very symmetrical.
SOFT. Rarely needs brushing.
The expression varries depending on the angle and eyelid attachments. All very cute!
Eyes are 3d follow me, they have depth to them.

Velcro eyelids.
Skye sent a kit to attach the velcro pads around the eye so that I could have the option to have eyelids if I wanted.
If I'm looking to put on some sass, the eyelids go on!
Never had any issues with them, they work!
BODY

Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The body fits perfectly. Not too big not too small.
A duct tape dummy was sent and it was tailored accordingly!
I have full range of motion and can move around unhindered.
I can usually suit for an indefinite amount of time.
I wear under armour with it.
The breathability plus under armour means I'm always at a fairly comfortable temperature.
I got a cooling vest but stopped using it because I ultimately didn't need it!
I've only had two small issues with the body, both of which were taken care of quickly.
A small hole appeared under the armpit, not sure what caused it.
When raising my arms usually the arms would seperate from the paws and reveal a small gap.
Skye fixed both these issues at con!
Sewed up the hole and reinforced it with a new stitch technique. She also added snaps to the sleeves and paws so now they are firmly connected and still detachable!
The digitigrade padding are large single pieces of lined foam that can easily be taken out.
There's a small bit of polyfil used for the haunches, which can also be removed via a small internal zipper.
Washing is easy, take the foam pads out and turn the body inside out. Put into a front loader machine and wash cold with normal detergent. I suggest an extra spin cycle to wring more water out.
Put in drying machine and tumble dry for 2 hours. NO HEAT.
There's lots of tutorials on how to wash suits, but Skye made one specific to Thunderhowl suits that recommends various techniques.
Appearance Satisfaction

The body is appears perfect!
No noticable defects or symmetry issues.
Fur is very soft and the lengths look appropriate.
Brushes nicely and still looks brand new after almost a year.
Ghost is black and white, it matches the character design perfectly.
The digitigrade proportionality matches the character and creates a very nice shape and silhouette!

An internal pocket was added by Skye at con.
Great for storing phones and room keys!
HANDS AND FEET

Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Hands are great, lots of dexterity even with 4 large puffy fingers!
Hands are ambidextrous and each finger is individually padded. There's also removable lined foam padding per finger that makes the fit better and increases overall feel.
The feet feel very comfortable.
They have full sized memory foam sports shoes inside them.
Shoe size was given at time of commission.
Walking miles in them is no problem!
No movement limitations other than adjusting to having feet that are large!
Appearance Satisfaction

Hand paws look great!
Very fluffy and very soft.
Works great as a partial too!
Claws are fur/cloth and and they too are very soft!
Feet have a great shape to them.
It's covered in a finely shaven fur, so the toe shapes are very apparent and defined.
Bottoms of the feet have small foam pads in the shape of a paw that are both functional and work aesthetically.

Metal snaps were added to the hands so they can stay lined up and attached to the bodysuit.
They work amazingly well.
TAILS

Tail is very long and can double as a weapon if needed!
It doesn't drag enough to hinder movement.
The tail attaches via a zipper, so no belt is required for a fullsuit.
There's a belt loop if you want more support or want to wear it as a partial.
Appearance Satisfaction

Looks like a long cat tail!
Smooth long fur, it's a great tail.
Integrates with the suit very nicely.
Since it is very long, it tends to hover above the ground by less than an inch.
So over time the very bottom becomes a bit dirty.
But since it is the bottom of the tail, it's rarely seen.

OVERALL SATISFACTION

Overall, the suit fits perfectly.
There's no discomfort areas and everything looks and feels like a complete character.
I wanted a cabbit and got a cabbit!
Each time I've worn him I enjoy the same quality and comfort, nothing has changed.
I can put the fullsuit on in less than a minute without assistance and be out the door in no time.
How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I found out about the opportunity from a Twitter post which lead to a Google doc form to submit a bid.
A bidding war took place and we moved to Telegram to facilitate the bid.
Prior and following winning the bid, communication has been absolutely stellar.
I couldn't ask for better!

I believe it was just a matter of minutes to get the ball rolling.

Full professionalism, 10x better than what you can get from dealing with any regular company.
Everything was fully outlined and detailed very well!

Incredibly quick!
It did help that I paid it off within 2 weeks, but start to finish I was blown away. A little over 2 months to make the digi bodysuit and feet. Not bad at all!
She kept me informed throughout the process and provided pictures.
The whole suit was shipped and received just before Christmas. It came in unscathed and with lots of extra goodies.
It was the perfect xmas gift.
