The most I've really done with it is painted sloppy backgrounds to add texture to stuff, otherwise I haven't got it under my fingers yet lol. Used it a TAD bit for this but with all the splattery noise on top you really can't tell haha. I'll get it down sometime but for now I'm enjoying Sai.
