I want to say something but I don't know what to say. When it happens to me for whatever reason I normally cry it out or I do something to make myself forget it, watch a movie or something. Listening to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata is great to cry by. And I know I don't know you, but from what I've read you're a worthwhile sweet loving person, whatever's making you cry is beneath you.
Its odd how it can just come out of left field and just rail you down. Perhaps a bit of deep thinking? Recollecting on bad times or memories? or even just random flood of thoughts. It just can fall onto you without warning.
Some say just crying to get it out of your system is like turning the pressure release valve, might actually help you feel purged of it all afterwards. We all get a build up of emotions inside after all, cant let it all bulk up too much, time and time again best to vent some of it out.
Just give yourself some time to pass it by and then mellow out, maybe sit down and have soem pop corn or snack and watch a movie you enjoy. Or even just relax in a favorite chair with a bowl of good soup. Im sure you could think of other ways to relax it off afterwards.
