The ability to travel through dimensions is one which is highly coveted, bringing with it exceptional opportunities for the pony who posesses it. One such pony is Astral Bounce, a sweet mare with an overflowing heart, filled with powerful empathy for those around her.

Once, this was served in her role as a gatekeeper - responsible for escorting travellers beyond the borders of their kingdom home.

However a journey much alike any other ended this part of her life, guiding the newly marked Topsy Turvy and Stardust, the trio were set upon by a bull like creature that became known as Taurus. Though the magicorns fought fiercely, when Stardust was thrown by the bull’s horns, Astral Bounce rushed to open a portal through which they could retreat. Through to the other side, she set about to re-seal it, only for Taurus to force its way through, bursting into the city.

Thanks to effective teamwork, the creature was lured back from whence it came. Yet, the trail of destruction it left behind and the guilt that she experienced led her to reconsider her role in society. Becoming a Light, she was keen to bring her knowledge of travel to the serving of the Sun-Queen.
