Jane the Khajiit was born in slavery somewhere in Morrowind.
She was set free by a group of adventurers, the kids were left to the cares of temples in Skyrim and High Rock Regions.
She ended in a temple of Kynareth amongst the Wrothgarian Mountains, where she learned to hunt, butcher and tan hides and skins.

Later, she became an adventurer herself, came back to Morrowind, and did some things with her butchering skills she had nightmares about for many years after.
She left her adventurer life when her tail was chopped off in a brawl, came back to Wrothgaria and secluded herself on a remote hermitage, seeking healing for her body and soul, for some years.

She's now living in Daggerfall, and owns a shop where she tan some of the finest quality parchments. When she's not somewhere hunting or skinning things, she has a love for perfumes, beautiful silks and high quality tobacco.

Jane can't speak a word in any Khajiit idioms, and if you make a joke about Khajiit and wares, she would not understand, 'cause she was born like 150 years before Skyrim, you know.
