possibly, but cards of such high number tend to only get used in around 2 types of deck: decks that accumulate mana quickly and revival decks
it can be a normal card, but that's 8 mana required or at least 8 turns
most games now come online around turn 5 in the non-aggro decks, or way earlier than that in aggro decks
