What's really hilarious is that you thought harassing someone on entirely unrelated images was going to get them to be more eager, somehow, to draw your ideas.
Not only that, but you're not even asking people that are looking for ideas that are starting out as artists, where a request would be reasonable. You're asking someone to draw something for you, for free, that barely knows you if he knows you at all, when he has a full Patreon backlog to get through. Which means he has people that are PAYING HIM for art. You didn't even offer that. Like...holy hell, what is wrong with you?
And on top of that, Sparky's response suggests this isn't the first time you've been bugging him about this. How many other artists are you doing this to?
You're giving people such bad vibes about you that even when you do eventually pull your head out of your ass and offer to start paying for commissions and seeking out the right artists who are open for commissions that are willing to draw the kind of scenarios you want, you'll have pissed enough people off that word will have gotten around about you and no one will want to take your commissions even then.
I've been "that guy" for different reasons where I've pissed people off and rubbed them the wrong way. According to your profile, you're 19 - which means you're young enough to get your shit together and stop being creepy as hell and demanding to boot.
